Where do you deliver?
We deliver in 3-5 working days across mainland France with Colissimo. Delivery is free from €89. We do not deliver outside France at the moment.
Can I visit your plantation in Dalat?
Yes! We organise visits on request: discovering the tropical rainforest, meeting the M'Nông Chil ethnic group of Da Sar, and an exclusive tasting. Contact us to book your visit.
How should I store my coffee?
Ideal storage temperature: 15 to 20°C, away from air, light and humidity. Once the bag is open, the coffee can be kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply within 24-48 hours at most (working days) by email.
